1. How to Submit Your Proposal

1.1 Download the Call for Proposals Word template and attach to an email and send to: knowoffice@knowplace.ca

1.2 Copy the following information and send to knowoffice@knowplace.ca

2. About You (and each of your team members)

* Name
* Co-presenter's name
* Session title
* Organization
* Email Address
* Office Telephone Number
* Home or Cell Phone Number (in case of emergency)
* City/Town
* State/Province
* Country

3. About Your Presentation/Discussion

* Title: Six words or less
* Description: (100 words maximum)
* Supporting Information: links and resources for delegates to read or visit that support your presentation

4. Presentation Type

Half day Pre-conference
Full day Pre-Conference
Conference Session (1 hour)

5. Presentation Format

All presenters are expected to host a discussion forum in the Moodle environment. Will you want a time slot for your presentation in Elluminate
